Department of Materials Science
The Department of Materials Science coordinates 4 undergraduate programmes: Materials Science, accredited by ARACIS in 2010, Economic Engineering in Mechanics, accredited by ARACIS in 2011, Biomaterials Engineering, Applied Informatics in Materials Engineering provisionally authorized by ARACIS in 2008 (nu apare pe site), and a master's degree programme, Engineering and Management of Advanced Metallic, Ceramic and Composite Materials, accredited by ARACIS in 2009.
The department also coordinates the training of doctoral students in the field of Engineering Sciences, the sub-field of Materials Engineering, as well as a postgraduate study programme Pollution, Environmental Protection and Management.
